Requesting a return
Contact us before returning any item. Approved returns must include the authorization details supplied by our support team.
Condition
Items must be unused, complete, and returned in suitable original packaging unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Installed, used, customized, made-to-order, and clearance equipment may not be returnable.
Freight and fees
